Warranty & Return Policy

Before sending your clock in for warranty repair, please check our Support Section for your problem. It may be an easy fix.
Your Cuckoo Clock is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective clock without charge. This warranty applies to the original consumer and is not transferable.
When sending a clock for warranty repair please enclose a copy of the sales receipt. If you do not have the original receipt please contact us and provide the following information:
- Name of Purchaser
- Date of Purchase
- Email address or phone number where we can contact you
We will then contact you and provide a copy of your original order/receipt. DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOCK BACK FOR REPAIR UNTIL YOU HAVE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
Warranty service is available by returning the clock, postage prepaid, along with a check or money order in the amount of $9.50 made payable to RIVER CITY SERVICE CENTER for return postage and handling. Please allow 2-6 weeks for warranty repair.
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
1. Damage sustained while in transit or through misuse and/or abuse. Please pack your item to meet package carrier specifications and insure your item for the price you paid for your clock.
2. Any problems caused by not following the instructions in the instruction brochure packed with your product.
3. Repairs done by anyone other than an authorized RIVER CITY SERVICE CENTER.
4. Chains off the wheels or tangled.
RETURN FOR SERVICE INFORMATION
It is suggested you insure the clock to cover any damage that may occur during shipment. Include your check for $9.50 for return shipping and handling along with a note including your name, phone number, return shipping address and nature of defect. Ship clock to:
