CUCKOO CLOCKS

This charming chalet style German cuckoo clock features a sloped roof with a chimney as well as hand-painted flowers on the clock case and pendulum. Our friendly cuckoo bird has found a nesting place under the eaves of the chalet roof. Each hour and half hour our cuckoo bird emerges to sing out its song and count out the hours and half hour – one distinct cuckoo sound for each hour of the day and once on the half hour. The beautiful color of the hand-painted yellow cuckoo bird compliments the sunny warm colors of the flowers gracing the sides of the clock case. Two cast iron pine cone weights are suspended beneath the clock case by two separate brass chains. The hand-carved and hand-painted pendulum continuously swings back and forth. This clock is powered by a quartz movement and so does not require winding of the clock to maintain the time.

We have used high quality digital photography to show you this model cuckoo clock in as much detail as possible. However, as with any hand-carved German cuckoo clock, the exact color and carvings may vary slightly. As with any hand created clock, it is the uniqueness of each piece that makes it a one of a kind heirloom timepiece. This clock is covered by a two year limited warranty covering workmanship and manufacturer's defects.
